Terms & Conditions of Service
IImportant Setup & Implementation Notes
A professional digital setup is required for all new bookkeeping clients to ensure system integrity. Setup fees are one-time investments and are billed separately from recurring monthly subscriptions. Please note that extensive cleanup of past books or historical corrections are not included in standard setup and will be scoped as a separate project based on your specific needs.
Chart of Accounts
A customized, industry-specific Chart of Accounts is included as a standard feature within our Strategic Bookkeeping tier. For all other plans, this service can be added or scoped separately to ensure your reporting aligns perfectly with your business goals.
Service Delivery & Quality Control
All services are delivered by a team-based QuickBooks ProAdvisor model. We utilize standardized workflows and rigorous quality controls to ensure your financial data is accurate, consistent, and handled with professional oversight every month.
Bookkeeping Disclaimer
Pacific Business Partners provides professional bookkeeping, management, and financial reporting. We do not provide tax filing, formal audit services, or legal/certified accounting advice. Our services are designed to provide the clean data your CPA or Tax Attorney needs to perform their specific roles.
The Client Partnership
To maintain the accuracy and "Always Current" nature of your books, clients are responsible for:
-Providing timely access to all necessary bank accounts, merchant processors, and documentation.
-The final approval of all financial decisions and business expenditures.
-The final review of all monthly financial reports for business accuracy.
-Scope of Engagement
All services are provided within a defined scope. A customized Engagement Agreement will be drafted based on your company’s unique bookkeeping needs. Any work requested outside of this initial scope will require a separate written approval.
